Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old and possess a valid G1 or higher Ontario driver's license to participate in our in-car training programs. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2. Course Completion Timeline

Students must complete the Beginner Driver Education (BDE) course — including all online modules and in-car lessons — within 12 months of their start date. Extensions may be granted under exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Fast Pass Driving Academy.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Full Refund (Before Any Instruction Begins): A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.

3.2 Partial Refunds: Based on these deductions:

• $50 per in-car lesson hour completed
• $100 flat fee for accessing online BDE course
• $50 administrative fee

Request must be made within 30 days. Bundled courses will be refunded by component.

3.3 No Refunds:

• After 30 days from purchase
• Once the course is fully completed
• For road test packages once scheduled or started

4. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

• 48+ hours: Reschedule without penalty
• 24–48 hours: 50% refund or credit
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: No refund or credit

5. Road Test Vehicle Use

If a student cancels or fails to appear for a scheduled road test and a vehicle has been reserved, that portion is non-refundable. A rebooking fee may apply.

6. Cancellations by Fast Pass Driving Academy

• Full refund or rescheduling will be offered
• We aim to accommodate student schedules

7. Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.

8. Privacy Policy

We collect data only to improve service and will never sell or rent your information. We may share necessary information with the Ministry of Transportation of Ontario when required by law. Data is stored securely using encrypted systems.

9. Media Consent

By joining Fast Pass Driving Academy, you may be asked to consent to the use of testimonials, photos, or videos. No media will be used without your clear consent. You may opt out at any time.
